Our starting point is Puzzle Race: four pieces first, followed by increasing complexity after testing. Equal player-local layouts are the initial fairness baseline. We will evaluate timing and near-simultaneous finishes before treating a result as reliable. Those are development choices, not claims that the finished experience has already been tested.

What Apple has officially confirmed
Apple announced iPhone Duo on September 9, 2026. Apple says the device has a 7.6-inch inner display, a 5.4-inch outer display, and an iOS experience in which content reacts as the phone folds, reorients, and moves to the appropriate display. Apple also says developers can adapt apps with new and updated APIs in the latest SDKs.
That gives developers real new territory, but it does not mean every idea is automatically supported. We will verify opposite-facing display behavior, simultaneous input, device posture, thermal performance, and accessibility on documented APIs and real hardware before promising a feature.
