What we collect
If you join the waitlist, creator program, or media-interest list, we store your email address, the list you joined, your consent version, and the signup date. For creator and media-interest submissions, we also store the channel, publication, outlet, or profile you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive information.
Why we collect it
We use signup information to manage interest in DuoDragonz development, future playtests, launch announcements, creator opportunities, review access, and material studio news. Signup does not guarantee access. This initial site saves registrations; confirmation emails and marketing email delivery are not yet enabled.
Site measurement
Our application keeps daily aggregate page-view, early-access click, and signup counts. It groups the first traffic source for a browsing session into a broad category: AI service, search engine, social platform, other referral, direct visit, or unknown. It does not store the referring URL or hostname in this analytics database.
The analytics database does not store a visitor identifier, browsing profile, or IP address, and it does not use analytics cookies. A temporary source category is kept in session storage so page views and early-access clicks in the same session can be compared. Counts are raw requests, not unique visitors. We skip measurement when the browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
The hosting infrastructure processes network information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the service.
Optional Google Analytics
Only if you choose “Allow analytics,” we load Google Analytics to measure page views and early-access clicks. Google processes basic browser and device information, referral origins, and page paths; analytics cookies distinguish visits and expire after 30 days. Google Analytics may derive approximate location from network information. We do not send signup details, form contents, user IDs, precise location, or page URL query strings and fragments. Google Signals, advertising personalization, and automatic enhanced measurement are disabled. This measurement is separate from the first-party aggregate counts above.
You can decline or withdraw optional analytics below. We do not load Google Analytics before your choice, and we honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Withdrawing permission stops future Google measurement and removes our Analytics cookies; it does not erase already processed reports. Your preference is stored locally in this browser. Storage and sharing
Signup records are stored with our website infrastructure providers for the purposes described here. We do not sell signup information or publish the subscriber list. Any future email-delivery provider will process addresses to deliver updates and handle unsubscribes.
Control your signup
To remove a signup, use the private privacy & opt-out link shown when you joined. Future marketing emails will also include an unsubscribe option.
We retain active registrations for project updates and remove records when you use your private deletion link. Future marketing emails must include an unsubscribe option before we enable campaigns. We review this notice as the service changes.
Age and eligibility
These signup forms are for people aged 16 and older. A parent or guardian may register their own email address to receive family-oriented playtest news. We do not ask children to register.
