What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the list you joined, your consent version, and the signup date. For creator-interest submissions, we also store the channel or profile you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive information.
Why we collect it
We use signup information to manage interest in DuoDragonz development, future playtests, launch announcements, and creator opportunities. Signup does not guarantee access. This initial site saves registrations; confirmation emails and marketing email delivery are not yet enabled.
Site measurement
Our application keeps daily aggregate page-view and signup counts. It does not store a visitor identifier, browsing profile, or IP address in this analytics database, and does not use analytics cookies. Page views are raw request counts, not unique visitors. We skip page-view counting when the browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
The hosting infrastructure processes network information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the service. We have not connected third-party advertising trackers or Google Analytics in this initial version.
Storage and sharing
Signup records are stored with our website infrastructure providers for the purposes described here. We do not sell signup information or publish the subscriber list. Any future email-delivery provider will process addresses to deliver updates and handle unsubscribes.
Control your signup
To remove a signup, use the private privacy & opt-out link shown when you joined. Future marketing emails will also include an unsubscribe option.
We retain active registrations for project updates and remove records when you use your private deletion link. Future marketing emails must include an unsubscribe option before we enable campaigns. We review this notice as the service changes.
Age and eligibility
These signup forms are for people aged 16 and older. A parent or guardian may register their own email address to receive family-oriented playtest news. We do not ask children to register.
